The Crowne Plaza was a wonderful place to stay. although near a highway, once you are in the hotel there is no noise at all. The two rooms that we booked were clean, comfortable and spacious. Unfortunately there was no fridge or microwave, but for the short stay that was okay. Room service went beyond the normal working hours to serve us, but was also very slow. The indoor pool and hot tub looked fantastic, but did not get a chance to use them. Hotel staff were plesant and helpful. The breakfast buffet (was not included, but an extra charge) was plentiful, but a little steep price wise. There was also a little snack room that you could pick up sodas, sweets, chips etc. Would definitely recommend and revisit this hotel.

We booked our room requesting a corner room with king bed. When we arrived at the hotel the requested room was not available. We were given a room with 2 double beds as there were no king bed rooms available. The hotel did get us into a king bed room the next day. I was advised by the hotel to either call the hotel directly or confirm that the room is actually available when booking with any of the on line sites. Next time I will, however all in all our experience at the hotel was excellent. Very friendly staff.

Very clean and nice place with a super friendly staff. Fully intend to stay there whenever I stay in VB. Low crime area and very convenient to Town Center.Diane LECOEUR
